- Wall studs are 2x4's at 16" on center but per code and are doubled at corner posts, around all doors and windows and doubled top plates
- Added structural integrity using Simpson brand hurricane screws on the floor joists as well as the roof trusses to withstand up to 150 mph winds
- Soffit ventilation along the entire over hang as well as a full length ridge vent

How Does the Rent To Own Program Work?:
- Secure Storage Sheds uses a NO CREDIT CHECK, NO QUALIFY form of financing known as Rent to Own
- Buildings qualify for either 24, 36, 48, 60 or 72 months Rent to Own programs depending on purchase price
- You can set the time of the month you want your payment to be due
- Your Rent to Own plan can be payed off at ANY time with NO prepayment penalties
- Built in 90 day same as cash perk within all Rent to Own programs
- If at anytime during your Rent to Own plan you change your mind for any reason, simply call to return your building and be let out of your contract. After which you are not responsible for any remaining payments. No questions asked no harm done and it does NOT affect your credit in any way
